Radnorshire War Memorials

Radnorshire is a sparsely populated area and one of thirteen historic counties of Wales. New Radnor was the original county town, although the Assizes sat at Presteigne, but now the main town is the centrally located Llandrindod Wells.

The county is land-locked, bordered by Montgomeryshire to the north, Shropshire and Herefordshire to the east, Breconshire to the south and Cardiganshire to its west.

The county has numerous war memorials in its towns and villages, mostly situated in Churches and Chapels.
